诺曼·杰威森（Norman Jewison，1926年7月21日—当地时间2024年1月20日），美国编剧、导演、演员。作品有《Forty Pounds of Trouble》等。
演艺经历
五岁便开始在舞台上的职业演出。从
多伦多的维多利亚大学毕业后，他因缘际会的进入了加拿大广播电台（CBC）担纲
广播剧中的一个角色，这段期间他也靠兼职的计程车司机为生。随后，他赴英国就读 BBC 在伦敦所开的两年制训练课程，回国后，便开始在 CBC 编剧、导演及制作了许多受欢迎的
音乐剧、广播剧、喜剧
综艺节目等，一晃眼就七年过去了。
1958年，Jewison 接受纽约 CBS 的邀请，赴美导演
音乐剧电视特别节目。
1962年，他的
电影处女作问世，由当时闻名全球的 Tony Curtis（洁李米寇蒂丝的爸爸）主演的喜剧片【Forty Pounds of Trouble】。随后又有三部爱情喜剧片：两部由当时闻名全球的 Doris Day 主演的【The Thrill of It All】及【Send Me No Flowers】，另一部为 Jewison 自编自导并由当时闻名全球的 Steve McQueen（【圣保罗炮艇】男主角）主演的【The Cincinnati Kid】。
自此之后，Jewison 的
电影开始朝向更多元的风格迈进。有尖锐的政治讽刺
电影【俄国人来了】（The Russians Are Coming! The Russians Are Coming!）、也有迎合主流市场口味的【The Thomas Crown Affair】、更有荣获1967年奥斯卡最佳影片等5项大奖的火爆电影【恶夜追缉令】（In the Heat of the Night）、还有华丽典雅的
古装片【Gaily, Gaily】、激烈的讽刺片【义勇急先锋】（...And Justice for All）。
他也导演了两部改编自百老汇舞台音乐剧的名作：【
屋顶上的提琴手】（Fiddler on the Roof）及【
万世巨星】（Jesus Christ Superstar）。还有未来科幻片【Rollerball】、爱情喜剧片【Best Friends】、造成话题的
政治片【拳头大风暴】（F.I.S.T.）。1984年，他自制自导了【
大兵的故事】（A Soldier's Story），本部改编自 Charles Fuller 荣获普立兹奖的小说，在该年亦被提名了奥斯卡金像奖包含最佳影片等3项大奖。同年 Jewison 还制作了【Iceman】。
隔年 Jewison 导演了【上帝的女儿】（Agnes of God），这是他从影身涯中第一部在他的母国加拿大所拍摄的
电影。本部也被提名了3项奥斯卡金像奖：包括入围最佳女主角的 Anne Bancroft（已是
奥斯卡影后，【
烈爱风云】里的怪婆婆）、入围最佳女配角的 Meg Tilly。
1987年，Jewison 导演了轰动当时的喜剧片【发晕】（Moonstruck），并荣获了奥斯卡3项大奖：最佳女主角 Cher（就是名歌手
雪儿）、最佳女配角 Olympia Dukakis（【春风化雨1996】的校长）、最佳
原著剧本的编剧家 John Patrick Shanley。1988年，Jewison 制作了由 Shanley 所编剧的【
耀武扬威】（January Man），本片由 Kevin Kline（【
冒牌总统】）及
奥斯卡影后 Susan Sarandon（【亲亲小妈】）主演。
Jewison 接下来导了【冷暖天涯】（In Country）。1991年导了【Other People's Money】，由 Danny DeVito 和 Penelope Ann Miller 主演，此部正好是 Jewison 从影29年来的第25部
电影。
1994年，Jewison 自制自导了爱情喜剧片【
只有为你】（Only You），由奥斯卡最佳女配角 Marisa Tomei、Robert Downey, Jr.（【
绝命追杀令：就地正法】的大坏蛋）及 Bonnie Hunt（【野蛮游戏】女主角、【征服情海】女主角姊姊）主演。同年，也担任了两部
电视电影的执行制作：美国 TNT 的【Geronimo】以及加拿大的【Dance Me Outside】。
最近，Jewison 的新片为【奶爸也疯狂】（Bogus），由奥斯卡最佳女配角也是本届奥斯卡颁奖典礼的主持人 Whoopi Goldberg（【
修女也疯狂】）及法国影帝 Gerard Depardieu（【
大鼻子情圣】、【绿卡】、【
铁面人】三剑客里最色最胖的）。
