米娅·萨拉（Mia Sara），1967年6月19日生于纽约布鲁克林，美国演员。原名Mia Sarapocciello，是意大利裔美国人。

父母分别是摄影师和设计师。她13岁就开始接拍广告。演过的最有名的电影是《诡秘怪谈》（Legend，1985）、《时空特警》（Timecop，1994），1996年3月和肖恩·康纳利（Sean Connery）的儿子杰森·康纳利（Jason Connery）结婚，并育有一子后两人于2002年离婚。
