学术成果
通过在猕猴大脑皮层中植入微电极阵列,研究猴子在执行各种视觉检测和分辨任务时神经元的反应特性,探讨视知觉的神经机制。主要研究兴趣在于视觉及其皮层加工过程的自适应性,包括各种动态特性和可塑性,着重研究以下问题:(1)视皮层神经元如何根据特定的图形上下文,动态地对各种图象信息进行整合和分割,从而形成知觉表象上的图形和背景;(2)选择性注意等高级认知功能如何动态地调节视觉神经元的反应特性,从而最为有效地处理视觉图象中与行为密切相关的信息;(3)过去的经验如何影响视觉神经元对刺激的编码以及知觉学习的神经机制,即知觉训练过程中所产生的内隐记忆是如何被存储和提取的。
