姜维丹
博士,副研究员,硕士生导师;留学加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学;主要从事营养对鱼类肠道健康、机体健康、鳃健康和肌肉品质的调控作用和作用机制研究。主持《国家自然科学基金》2项,省部级重点项目1项,主研国家或省部级项目8项;获2013年“国家科技进步二等奖”1项,获国家授权发明专利10项。以第一作者或共同第一作者在《Food Chemistry》、《British Journal of Nutrition》、《Aquatic Toxicology》、《Fish & Shellfish Immunology》、《Aquaculture》、《Plos One》、《Aquaculture Nutrition》等国际权威期刊发表SCI收录论文20余篇。
