《魔晶战士》是由Young Sung Production Co出品，Steven Hahn执导，韩国和美国合拍的动画长片，该片于1985年11月22日在美国上映。

在一个星球的地下矿坑中，一个当奴隶的年轻人偶然发现了一把神剑，但这剑没有剑身。于是，年轻人在众人的帮助下逃离了矿坑，开始了寻找传说中剑身的历程。最后，年轻人终于领悟到，神剑的剑身其实是隐藏在神剑持有者的内心中，于是，神剑再次发挥威力，消灭了企图统治整个星系的机器人头领。
