陈翰馥
中国科学院院士、自动控制理论专家
陈翰馥,1937年2月生于浙江杭州,原籍浙江绍兴,自动控制理论专家,中国科学院院士IEEE Fellow第三世界科学院院士,IFAC Fellow,国际系统与控制科学院院士。现任中科院数学与系统科学研究院系统科学研究所研究员。
人物经历
1937年2月,陈翰馥生于浙江杭州,原籍浙江绍兴。
1948年,考入浙江绍兴县立中学,后入浙江省立绍兴中学。
1954年,被保送到留苏预备班。
1961年,毕业于苏联列宁格勒大学(现俄罗斯圣彼得堡国立大学)数学力学系。
1962年,跟随关肇直先生成立了控制理论室,成为中科院数学所新成立的控制理论研究室的首批成员。
1978年,参加了在赫尔辛基举行的第七届ifac(国际自动控制联合会)世界大会,并作了专题报告。这是中国自1964年以后第一次派代表团出席ifac世界大会。
1993年,当选为中国科学院院士。
1994年底,经中科院批准成立了系统控制开放研究实验室,陈翰馥任实验室首任主任。
1996年,当选为IEEE Fellow。
2003年1月23日,当选国际自动控制联合会执委。
2005年,当选为第三世界科学院院士。
2006年,当选为IFAC Fellow。
2013年6月,受聘为陈建功高等研究院的学术委员会主任。
2014年,当选为国际系统与控制科学院院士。
主要成就
科研成就
60-70年代研究随机系统的能观性、不用初值的状态估计,给出最优随机奇异控制。80年代起研究系统辨识、适应控制和随机逼近。在辨识方面,给出常用辨识算法的收敛速度、估出闭环控制系统的参数。在适应控制方面,用扰动方法,使参数估计趋于真值,同时使性能指标接近或达到最优。在随机逼近方面,提出变界截尾算法,引进确定性的直接分析方法,去掉了对回归函数的限制性条件,对噪声要求降到最低,使随机逼近应用范围大为拓广,成功地用到随机适应镇定控制、大范围优化、离散事件动态系统等领域。
“文革”结束后的1978年,在芬兰召开的第七届国际自动控制联合会(IFAC)世界大会上,陈翰馥作了“关于随机能观性与能控性”的报告,这是该次大会录取的唯一一篇来自中国大陆的论文。
改革开放后,他关于同时使控制和估计最优的论文,被中国国外同行专家称为1984~1986年间适应控制领域的“最重要的论文”之一,他得到的辨识算法的收敛条件,被中国国外专著称为“陈氏条件”。
他与合作者给出的自校正跟踪器收敛性和最优性的严格证明,被国际控制界称为重大贡献。
据2016年8月中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院官网信息显示,近十多年来,陈翰馥研究非线性系统辨识及有关问题,给出强一致的递推辨识算法,发表期刊论文近200篇,专著7本,其中“陈翰馥:随机系统的递推估计与控制(Wiley, 1985)”、“陈翰馥、郭雷:辨识和随机适应控制(Birkhauser, 1991)” 及“陈翰馥:随机逼近及其应用(Kluwer, 2002)”在美国及荷兰出版, 而其余4本在中国出版;获全国科学大会奖1项,国防科委奖3项,国防工办奖1项,1999年获中国科学院自然科学一等奖,1987年及1997年两次获国家自然科学三等奖。

陈翰馥亲自指导研究生,培养的学生中涌现出中科院院士、国家杰出青年基金获得者、美国电子电气工程师协会(IEEE)会士等一批自动控制理论的领军人物,比如郭雷等。
就培养创新型科技人才问题,陈翰馥认为“创新型科技人才有良好的学术基础,思想活跃,能在了解国际前沿成就的前提下突破传统的框框。”

2014年,为了奖励在控制科学和系统科学领域取得突出成绩的杰出学者,激励原始创新,促进中国控制科学和系统科学的发展,设立了《陈翰馥奖》。
该奖项每年颁发一届,原则上每届奖励不超过1名。奖金金额为人民币6万元整。该奖项候选人应至少符合以下条件之一:在控制科学和系统科学领域取得重大理论突破或做出原创性研究成果;在控制科学和系统科学领域取得重大技术发明或技术突破;在中国的控制科学和系统科学教育领域做出突出贡献。
该奖项基金主要来自个人和单位捐助,由陈翰馥奖基金委员会负责筹集和管理。颁奖仪式在当年中国控制会议闭幕式上举行。
