学术成就
在国际上最早筛选、鉴定并命名了重要的长链非编码 RNA--lncRNA NRAV,发现NRAV在抗病毒天然免疫反应中具有重要调控功能;在国际上首次应用Knockout小鼠模型,揭示了PIM激酶家族在Abl癌基因诱发淋巴细胞癌/白血病中的关键性作用;应用Knockout小鼠模型,揭示了Abl癌蛋白持续激活JAK/STAT信号通路的分子机理;系统地研究了病原微生物入侵机体后,T细胞活化的信号转导通路。揭示了Itk/SLP76/PLC1信号通路的活化机制;系统地研究了一些小分子GTPase、分子马达蛋白在细胞内物质转运及其与细胞转化癌变关系的分子机理。揭示了Cdc42和dynein在细胞内物质转运中的关键性作用;深入地研究了
细胞因子信号通路的负调控机制。阐明了细胞因子信号的抑制因子(SOCS1)的功能,并在国际上首次鉴定了SOCS1的磷酸化位点。
在国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文80余篇,授权专利4项,主编专著一本(高等教育出版社,ISBN: 7-04-005107-9),其中SCI论文60余篇,在国际核心学术刊物 Lancet、The Lancet Infectious Diseases、Cell Host & Microbe、Nucleic Acids Research、Blood、PLoS Pathogens、PNAS、Cancer Research、Oncogene、Journal of Cell Biology、Neoplasia、Journal of Virology、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Veterinary Research、Veterinary Microbiology、Molecular Cancer等杂志上发表了高水平研究论文。先后十多次应邀参加国际学术会议,多次在大会或分组会上做学术报告或主持会议,发表了30余篇国际学术会议论文摘要。
