内容简介
南京大学商学院于2011年6月5-6日召开“第七届企业跨国经营国际研讨会——转型经济中与后金融危机时代企业管理”研讨会。本次研讨会基于转型经济时期和后金融危机的时代背景,结合当前中国经济建设和企业发展的需要,集中探讨企业跨国经营管理过程中面临的一些重大课题。主要包括:企业对外直接投资与跨国企业经营、跨文化管理、后金融危机时代的经营策略、转型经济中的人力资源管理、工作-生活质量提高、组织发展和变化、劳资关系管理、市场管理、冲突管理、创业与企业家精神、风险管理、物流与电子商务、管理伦理、公司理财与会计、银行、金融与保险、技术与创新管理、中日两国经济发展与企业管理(由中国南京大学商学院、中国人民大学经济学院和日本九州大学经济学部共同举办的第六届联合国际研讨会),以及由南京大学商学院与西通?希尔大学共同举办的中美女企业家创业专题国际研讨会。本次研讨会共收到了国内外征文100余篇,经过大会组织专家匿名评审,有67篇论文被录用并汇集成这本由赵曙明、JoelGLASSMAN、刘洪和刘春林主编的《转型经济中与后金融危机时代企业管理》。
作者简介
赵曙明,1977年毕业于南京大学英文专业;1981年留学美国,1983年获教育学硕士学位;1987年再度赴美,1990年获美国加州克莱蒙特研究生大学高等教育与人力资源管理学博士学位;1990年至1991年在佛罗里达大西洋大学商学院从事国际人力资源管理博士后研究。现任南京大学商学院名誉院长、南京大学人文社会科学资深教授、博士生导师,兼任教育部工商管理类学科专业教育指导委员会副主任委员、全国工商管理专业学位研究生教育指导委员会委员、中国管理现代化研究会副会长、江苏省人力资源学会会长等职。出版了《国际企业:人力资源管理》、《人力资源管理研究》(管理科学文库)、《跨国公司人力资源管理》等十多部著作,是最早将西方人力资源管理理论引进到中国,并将西方人力资源理论与中国实践相结合的学者之一。他是教育部跨世纪优秀人才培养计划基金(管理科学)获得者,美国密苏里大学“杰出客座教授”;美国匹茨堡大学Katz商学院“杰出兼职教授”;美国克莱蒙特研究生大学彼得德鲁克管理学院“兼职教授”;韩国SolBridge国际商学院“名誉教授”,美国MFC Bancorp Ltd.、大全新能源公司的独立董事。2015年被中共江苏省委、省人民政府评为“江苏社科名家,1997年在商学院设立“曙明奖学金”,2013年在海安双楼中专学校设立“曙明奖学金”;2015年的在西藏自治区墨竹工卡县设立“曙明奖学金”,每年资助20名藏族学生。研究方向1.人力资源管理2.企业跨国经营。
