19.2024年赵俊教授团队利用高压光学浮区技术成功生长了三层镍氧化物La4Ni3O10高质量单晶样品,证实了镍氧化物中具有压力诱导的体超导电性 (bulk superconductivity),其超导体积分数达到86%,这意味着又一新型高温超导体被发现。研究还发现该类材料呈现出奇异金属和独特的层间耦合行为。2024年7月,研究成果以“Superconductivity in pressurized trilayer La4Ni3O10-δ single crystals”为题发表于最新一期的《自然》(Nature)。
