研究成果
对植物病原真菌系统学研究中的一些基础性问题提出新的学术思想,采用多相分类学的理论和方法,表型与基因型结合,建立部分类群科学的物种概念和趋于自然的分类系统,重点研究了植物病原真菌中一些复合种的遗传及生理病理特征分化。此外,还澄清了粪壳菌目一些重要属的系统演化关系,修订了部分类群的分类系统。对我国的淡水真菌进行了较系统的资源调查和分类学研究,并研究了其多样性和分布与环境因子的相互关系。鉴定真菌标本5000多份,分离保存菌株2500多株,发表新属5个,新种40个,新组合7个。在14种国际杂志上发表论文50篇(其中SCI论文44篇),发表英文专著一部,参编专著2部。任国际杂志Mycology 执行副主编,Fungal Diversity 编委,为Plant Pathology等9种国际杂志审阅稿件。获国家科技进步二等奖,云南省科技进步一等奖各一项。
