《芭比与魔幻飞马之旅》是芭比公主系列的第五部，也是芭比第一部自导自演而非改编自世界名著的芭比公主电影。影片中芭比饰演的安妮卡与魔幻飞马也就是安妮卡的被施了魔咒的姐姐比雅娜，为了拯救自己的王国与被冰封住的父母，要去寻找由勇者之尺、冰雪宝石和仁爱之戒组成的光之法杖而进行的一场惊险刺激的神奇之旅。
