自治邦是美国对于境外领土的一种行政区划，有波多黎各自治邦（英语：TheCommonwealthofPuertoRico，西班牙语：EstadoLibreAsociadodePuertoRico）和北马里亚纳群岛自治邦（CommonwealthoftheNorthernMarianaIslands，缩写CNMI）。
