《点亮万家灯火》(LightUptheCity)是One Journey One Song一次旅行一首歌北京之旅主题歌，由著名歌手纪丹迪（纪敏佳）演唱并出演,讲述了一位漂泊至北京、来自远方的音乐家，在这座城市一段孤单而又神奇的遭遇。此次节目组别处心裁，将旅行目的地设定为节目组本身所在地北京，以一个旅行者的眼光看待平日所一直生活在的城市，将在这座城市平日生活中所收集的感悟、美丽，用镜头、音乐、文字的方式展现，表达出一种略带北漂伤感的感悟——即北漂其实就是一场仍未完成的旅行。而歌词在表达方式上却使用了
魔幻现实主义的手法——即用能通过各自艺能点亮城市万家灯火的四个孩子：小提琴手、诗人、画匠和舞者的意象，用童话故事的方式道出了众多北漂文化艺术工作者心中的信念与坚持的理由：艺术与爱是城市不竭的能量的主题，也成为了整首歌曲最大的亮点。此次主题歌仍由一次旅行一首歌创始人陈添词曲创作并执导MV，也是继一次旅行一首歌北川之旅《寻羌》之后二人的再度合作。
