温带达（Wongsunwai, Wan），帝国理工学院数学学士、哈佛大学工商管理博士。

温带达是土生土长的毛里求斯岛人，获得伦敦帝国理工学院数学理学士学位（一等荣誉）。之后在哈佛商学院获得工商管理博士学位。

取得博士学位前，他曾在香港荷兰银行担任股票分析师，被路透社评为中国香港和中国软件和信息技术领域的前10名分析师之一。此前，他先后在伦敦毕马威会计师事务所和香港普华永道会计师事务所工作，负责专业人员的招聘、培训、部署和晋升，并管理自己的审计和尽职调查客户组合。
