研究成果
2021年,已发表有关蜘蛛特别是跳蛛行为生态学、生物多样性方面论文70多篇,其中SCI 论文50余篇。1999年,他的一篇有关花皮蛛生物学论文被《Nature》杂志作为特别报道加以介绍。
2007年 1月25日在《Science》杂志发表了 《雌雄特异性紫外光和荧光讯号在跳蛛求偶中的作用》(英文名:Sex-Specific UV and Flu-orescence Signals in Jumping Spiders)的论文主要探讨紫外光和荧光在动物两性间的交流及其在性伴选择中的作用。李代芹为文章的通讯作者,湖北大学为第二署名单位,这标志着湖北大学在世界顶级学术杂志《Science》上发表论文实现零的突破。
2024年8月,华中农业大学付新华教授团队与湖北大学李代芹教授、张士昶副教授团队在国际学术期刊《当代生物学》上发表了最新研究成果:某些蜘蛛能够操控并利用萤火虫发光信号,进而诱捕更多萤火虫。经过多年的野外实验,付新华团队联合蜘蛛行为学专家李代芹和张士昶团队证实了这种行为的存在。
