区别：总店和旗舰店有一定的区别，总店一般是第一家店，和分店属于总领和隶属的关系。而旗舰店一般是某商家或某品牌在某地区繁华地段、规模最大、同类产品最全、装修最豪华的商店。有的总店是旗舰店，有的总店不是旗舰店，有的旗舰店是分店中规模较大的。
