年海，男，1962年生，吉林长春人，博士、教授、博士生导师。现任致公党广东省委员会副主委，国家大豆改良中心广东分中心主任，农业部产业技术体系岗位科学家，农业部大豆专家组成员。中国致公党第十五届中央委员会委员。

1980.09-1984.07吉林农业大学农学系学习，获学士学位。1984.09-1987.07吉林省农科院研究生，获硕士学位。1992.03-1994.12在东北农业大学博士研究生，获博士学位。1995.02-1996.11在华南农业大学博士后工作站工作。1997.12-2001.12在华南农业大学工作，副教授，硕士生导师。2001.12－至今，教授，博士生导师。其中1999.10 -2000.10 在日本冈山大学资源生物研究所，访问学者。

长期从事作物遗传育种学科的科研工作，主要研究方向是大豆、玉米遗传与育种。先后主持省部级以上资助的科研课题20多项。育成大豆品种17个，是8个国审大豆（华春1号、华春2号、华春3号、华春5号、华春6号、华夏1号、华夏3号、华夏4号）和2个省审大豆（华夏5号、华夏2号）新品种的第一育成者。另外，是3个省审玉米新品种（明甜6号、华玉8号、华糯8号）的第一育成者。
