小圣江湖——千穹是是由宁波一坤数码科技有限公司旗下小圣江湖原创设计的漫画。它是以未来科技向为主题，以山海经传说为基础，所创作的一部世界观宏大，画面精美的漫画。

数百年来，人类在宇宙中高速扩张，他们自称“主宰者”。

随着科技日新月异的发展，各式新旧资源都消耗殆尽，生存成为了高傲的主宰者们当下不得不面对的严酷目标。

当目所能及的可能成为新家园的星球都被挖掘一空的时候，别无选择的他们只得以“回归者”的身份回到所有一切起源的地方：被称为“元祖”的地球。

数百年来，地球都被做为一个生态试验场而存在的，离开那儿的人类用各种手段监测和控制着地球这个巨型生态圈里一切变化的数据，虽然，那是他们曾经了如指掌的东西。但许多代以后，对故乡和旧家园的印象，也仅仅存在在虚无缥缈的电脑数据以及地月监测仪发回的影像资料里了。

这就是所谓的“元祖”。

那儿也成为了主宰者们的生态博物馆。

一部分人类历经了千辛万苦，回到了地球，他们和少数留在地球上的人类组建了“回归者议会”，在留下的人类建造的聚居点基础上建造了四座巨型城市，对新的“时间能源”的探索进入四维空间为共同目标，建立了新的秩序。

“时间能源”的发现和广泛应用，在回归者时代以前就开始了，而对它们无节制的滥用，也是导致主宰者们不得不回归地球的主要原因之一。时间能源的开发虽是三维世界向四维世界进阶的敲门砖，但尚未研究成熟的开发方法和使用手段，却产生了种种副作用，所以这个探索新世界的时代被回归者议会称作“桥时代”。

“桥时代”既是靠近彼岸，充满机遇的时代，也是像行走在独木桥一般危机四伏的时代。

回到地球以后的数十年，回归者议会继续利用时间能量来推动各项高端技术的研究和生活用品的更新，其中最主要的成果就是“机关兽”的制造以及发现了一些在古代华夏文明古籍中记载的若干神秘而超越其时代的研究成果。

但和回归之前一样，时间能源被运用地越多，副作用也越大，甚至直接产生了许多被扭曲的虚空并持续扩大。这个危机导致回归者们内部产生了分歧，一部分主张以消除扭曲虚空来使世界重新回归平衡的人组建了“论衡阁”。而“回归者议会”则希望通过加速进入四维空间的方法来一劳永逸地解决时间能源副作用的问题。

回归者议会宣称，可以全世界共享时间能源的时间，不足百年，在此之前，必须找到进入四维空间的方法。

于是由回归者议会首脑后卿制定的3年（即1095个太阳日）内进入四维空间的“千穹计划”，应运而生。

For hundreds of years, human race has expanded in the universe at a high rate. They call themselves “dominators”.

With rapid development of science and technology, all kinds of resources were exhausted at high rates. The high consumption rate of resources made survival a tough challenge that the proud “dominators” had to face.

When all the planets that could be reached the “dominators” were excavated, they had no choice but to return to where all the stories began, the planet Earth called “Ancestor”

For centuries, Earth has been used as an ecological experimental field. Human race who have left the”Ancestor” used various means to monitor and control all the changes happened inside this huge ecological circle. Human race should be very familiar to the “Ancestor”, however, after years and generations, the knowledge of the “Ancestor”, their home planet, only exists among the data gained by the computers and video footages sent by the lunar based Earth Monitors.

The so-called “Ancestor” became the museum of ecology of “dominators”

Some “dominators” who overcame numerous hardships went back to the “Ancestor” as “Returnees”. The “Returnees” and few people who have been left on the ”Ancestor” set up the “Parliament of the Returnees” together. They built four mega cities on the basis of habitats built by the people left on the Earth and formed a new order under the common goal of using “time energy” to enter the four dimensional space.

The discovery and wide application of “time energy” has begun long before the era of returnees. The abusive use of time energy is also the main reason that the “dominators” have to return to Earth and the immature exploration of ways of using time energy brought all kinds of side effects. This era of exploring has been called “Bridge Era”

“Bridge Era” is an era where both opportunities and danger exists.

After decades of returning to the Earth, “Parliament of Returnees” has kept using time energy to develop high-end technologies and improve household goods. The most important outcomes are the invention of “Machine Beast” and the finding of various mysterious research results in Ancient Chinese History Books. The recorded results are so advanced that it is way beyond their eras.

But as before, the more time energy is used, the more side effects it generated. Distorted Voids are created and continue to grow in Universe. The crisis led to different voices inside “Parliament of Returnees”. Some proposed restore peace of the Universe by eliminating the voids caused by distortion and they formed “Cabinet of Balance”. But the “Parliament of Returnees” wish to wipe out side effects caused by the consumption of time energy once and for all by speeding up the process of entering the four dimensional space.

The “Parliament of Returnees” claims it is less than a century that time energy is used up. Ways of entering four-dimensional space must be found before that happens.

So under the command of the Hou Qing- The Parliamentary leader of Returnees, The plan called “Thousand Skies” which aims at entering the four dimensional space in 3 years (1095 sun calendar days) is born.
