《唐诗》是由陈添作词，陈添和霍尊作曲，霍尊演唱的歌曲，该曲收录于霍尊2015年发行的专辑《天韵·霍尊》中。

谈及《唐诗》的创作，霍尊表示，早在参加央视“光荣绽放”演唱会的时候就与作者陈添相识，一见如故的两人，在音乐上也都非常投契，陈添也与霍尊谈起自己创作的这首歌曲，霍尊也是他觉得最适合演绎这种风格的歌手，于是两人很顺利的完成了这首作品——《唐诗》，并成为了央视音乐频道《一次旅行一首歌》中探访十三朝古都西安的主题曲。

I heard it when I was young,Mom said it's called Tang.

I once dreamed a poet called Li,wrote a poem on my skin.

梦遇诗人李 题诗缀吾臂

But I didn't know how to read it,so I traveled to find him.

An old sold wine beyond the city,by the road to the moat in the rain.

路遇翁卖酒雨沥城池新

He said that is named An named Chang,so I believed the poet would be found.

翁言谓长安 遂入观其景

《唐诗》在风格上延续了霍尊一直以来的古风韵味，还融入了出人意料的创意，那就是用英文的歌词来诠释中国风的旋律，中西元素的碰撞，让听众在惊讶之余，更多的感觉是惊艳，霍尊也特别喜欢歌曲中体现出来的东方有一个“神秘而伟大”国度的意境，宛如梦回大唐。
