以
维生素C和
苯丙素类化合物为目标产物,阐明微生物高效异源合成植物天然产物的生理机制,并通过计算机辅助的代谢途径设计、代谢途径单元模块化调控、辅因子平衡与再生调控、反义RNA工程等策略,在微生物中实现来源于植物的高附加值天然产物的高效异源合成。
