研究内容
本实验室研究兴趣集中在高等植物的抗逆生理及
发育生物学。主要包括植物器官形成中干细胞的维持和分化的分子机制;植物根系的发育及抗逆基因的克隆及功能研究。目的为揭示植物发育中干细胞调控及分化的分子机制以及植物根系发育过程中逆境反应的分子机制,最终通过遗传转化培育高产抗逆的作物新品种。
