创作背景
在创作过程中，《Timber》由Dr. Luke、森恩斯泰和瑟卡特共同制作，尼克·西利作额外修改。《Timber》选录了李·奥斯卡1978年的歌曲《San Francisco Bay》中的片段，加入了口琴演奏家保罗·哈灵顿的一段口琴伴奏。皮普保罗曾经邀请过巴巴多斯女歌手
蕾哈娜来合作演唱《Timber》，但是由于蕾哈娜在和哥伦比亚女歌手
夏奇拉录制歌曲《Can't Remember To Forget You》，所以拒绝了。

《Timber》的MV在埃克苏马群岛取景，在巴哈马群岛拍摄。在该MV中，皮普保罗穿着多套西装在海滩上和女人嬉戏，时而还跳进大海游泳，时而看鲨鱼，时而坐着游艇看海景。彩色头发的Ke穿着单薄的衣服在一座农场里做着砍柴、放羊等农活。镜头也在不停地切换到在木屋派对中热舞狂欢的人们，Ke也在其中。
