《Heaven》收录于Emeli Sandé的首张专辑《Our Version of Events》中，在2011年8月12日作为专辑首支打榜单曲面市发行。单曲灵感是来自于Emeli与制作人Naughty Boy的一番话。在当今时代，什么都变化的很快。现在的人受了太多影响，也有很多管道去做自己的事，这在Emeli和Naughty Boy那个时代是很困难的。而Naughty Boy觉得其实我们只是保持心灵纯净就一切OK了，就是这样的对话让Emeli和Naughty Boy在半小时内就写好这首歌。这也是他们为专辑写好的第一首歌曲，并且交由Kylie Minogue的制作人Mike Spencer制作。
