《Dreams》是林俊杰演唱的一首歌曲，由林俊杰、吴庆隆合作谱曲，符美芸填词，为2015年新加坡妆艺大游行主题曲。

著名歌手林俊杰首次与新加坡著名音乐人吴庆隆合作为2015年新加坡妆艺大游行主题曲《Dreams》谱曲，新加坡著名歌手符美芸填词，林俊杰也在游行上与4名新加坡年轻歌手合作演唱。

据悉，两人花了一两个月的时间完成作曲工作。吴庆隆受访时透露，林俊杰从来就没有和任何人合作谱曲，所以对他而言是种荣誉。林俊杰受访时也表示，他自小就很想成为妆艺大游行的一份子，认为这是个既本土又国际化的演出。蓝锐勋表示，该压轴曲代表新加坡人民的梦想。这也是妆艺大游行首次推出纯英文歌曲，名为《Dreams》，中文歌名暂译为《梦想》。

新加坡妆艺大游行是华人农历新年时举行的传统游行活动。近年来已发展成盛大的街头游行，汇集舞蹈、街头彩车、舞狮和舞龙等众多精彩表演。
